Hi! My name is Elizabeth. I am 18 years old and am a high school SENIOR. (No, I did NOT fail a grade! I went to Young Fives before kindergarten.) I live in Michigan. I have two sisters. My older sister, Melissa, is 23 and graduated from HOPE College in Holland, Michigan. Now she's teaching in Mexico for a year. That means I get her car!!! My younger sister, Allison, is 14 and a high school freshman. I live with my parents, who celebrated their twenty-sixth wedding anniversary in June. I have a cocker spaniel, Andy, who is eight years old.

My best friend, Heather, is nineteen and a sophomore at MSU. She lives in Ypsilanti, but now she's in East Lansing right near me! Yea!! Hopefully I'll be able to see her more now.
My other best friends are Emily and Kim. (Who says you can only have one!) Kim, Rachel, and Kellie are some of my other good friends. We are all seniors at the same school.

I love to read and write. I hope one of my stories will get published someday. I also like to watch TV and go to the movies. My favorite shows are "Home Improvement" and "Friends." My current favorite tv movie is Two Came Back starring Melissa Joan Hart. My favorite actor is Leonardo DiCaprio. My current crush is on a local boy, who sadly has a girlfriend, but I have another on Prince William. (I LOVE his smile!!!!!)

I have a job at the local library, so I can't update my pages as often as I'd like. Surprisingly, I have more time during the school year for the Internet than I do in the summer.

Although I work at the library, I never had read the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling. I started reading them over my Christmas vacation and absolutly LOVE it!!! No matter how old you are, you will LOVE these books. The first one is called Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone. The series is about an 11- year old boy who learns that he's a famous wizard. Each book is the span of one year and it's all about Harry's adventures at Hogwart's School for Witchcraft and Wizardy. You must read these books!!! Check out the publisher's site.

"Like his father, he had every gift except years." Ted Kennedy spoke those words at the memorial service for his nephew, John F. Kennedy, Jr. On Saturday, July 17, 1999, America was shocked to hear the plane carrying our beloved John Kennedy, Jr. was missing. Five days later, his body, along with wife, Carolyn, and sister-in-law, Lauren, was found in the wreckage. They were buried at sea on Thursday, July 22. I, along with most other Americans, always thought that someday John would follow in his father's footsteps and be our president. Now he'll never have the chance and we'll never know he would have. I know God will take good care of him and the Bessette sisters as they spend eternity with the father John never knew and his mother.

My newest page that will be getting most of my attention is my "Armageddon" page. I have seen the movie twice already and I love it!!! (Not as much as Titanic, of course.) This page is the newest addition to my wonderful collection. Please check it out.

My family and I went to see Beauty and the Beast: The Broadway Musical on Feb. 7. It was soooo cool! I loved the movie and I loved the musical even more!! It is so awesome!! There's about ten more songs added to it to make it a true musical and so much awesomer. It's really neat to see how live actors can bring animation to life so effectivly. If you ever have the oppertunity to see this, do it!!! There's a traveling show that came to the Wharton Center at MSU, right near me, so that's where I saw it. If it comes anywhere near you, check it out! Go to New York and see it! Do something!!! Check out the website!!!

I really LOVE the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. I have read Chicken Soup for the Christian Soul and Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul. I used to have a "story of the week" page, but my last story was posted awhile ago and I don't have anymore. You can still read it, if you want. It's called He Only Takes the Best. (This poem is dedicated to the memory of Diana, Princess of Wales and John F. Kennedy, Jr., America's Prince of Camelot.)

I don't have a scanner, so I can't but pictures of myself or my family on here. The only pictures I can put on are ones I find on the Internet. BUT I took a computer course at school in which we learned how to scan pictures. So now you can click here to see my favorite senior picture of myself.
