Encino Man

When David (Sean Astin) discovers a frozen caveman while digging a pool in his parent's backyard, he and his good highschool friend Stoney (Pauly Shore) are convinced this is their ticket to becoming more than rich and famous, just plain popular.

Thawing out their new found discovery in the family shed, they unleash more than just an ancient caveman (Brendan Fraser), but nonstop fun and excitement as they introduce him to modern day living, giving him the name Link and signing him up at the local highschool.

Obviously just a little far fetched, the movie is delightfully entertaining, filled with not only colourful comedy and great laughs, but a wonderful story, as well as lively characters, acting and music of the early 1990s. Crazy and fun, this is a family comedy to catch and never regret adding to any DVD collection.

The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is excellent, as are the few extras.
