      Evelonitian society is fast-paced and demanding. Business is ruthless. Competition is fierce. Perfection and beauty are absolutely vital.

      We came up, years ago, from slavery under a superior race. They were smarter than us, but they had grown lazy. We learned from their knowledge and built up our own. At last we overthrew them, annihilated them, and vowed to never become lazy like they had.

      Generations later, Evelon is the most advanced civilization on Xorega, but little has changed. The younger generation is having a hard time living up to the expectations of their parents. It's sink or swim, but what if none of us can swim? What will become of us?
