Just as he said this, a really big screen popped up, and started playing the footage. It started out all black with the words, "A couple days ago, three students went into the woods of the Black Hills hoping to shoot a documentary. A couple days later their footage was found..." "Oh, God. This is so stupid," Meagen muttered under her breath. When she remembered this was actual footage, she shut her mouth. The scene cut to some choppy camerawork being done by what Meagen guessed was Jennifer. It looked like she was in some room, probably in someone's house. Then, Robert walked in the room. From behind the camera, Jennifer sighed, "What are you doing here, Robert? I'm busy. Me and Monique and Jasmine are going to go shoot a documentary. They were supposed to be here an hour ago, where are they?" Robert responded, "They sent me to tell you they couldn't make it." "What?" Jennifer said angrily, "I can't do this thing by myself!!" Then Keith entered the room, he had sun glasses on and was being his normal goofy self. "Keith, what the hell are you doing here?" Jennifer asked. The scene abruptly cut to the inside of a minivan, where Jennifer was once again holding the camera and Robert was driving. "I can't believe I let you guys talk me into letting you two come with me. You better not screw anything up! Hey, Robert, are you sure this is your car? Do you even have a license? A learner's permit? Robert?" Jennifer sounded pretty frustrated. "Yes! I do! This is my car, I have a license, and... OK, I don't have a license and I just stole this car," Robert admitted. "You are pathetic, Robert, you know that? What's Keith doing?" Jennifer moved the camera to the back of the van, where Keith was sleeping on his seat, and a can of soda on his lap was tipped over and spilling on the floor. "Ugh!" Jennifer said. "That is SO disgusting!" The scene cut again to the three of them hiking through the woods, with Robert holding the camera this time. "OK, Robert, hold it right there. Got me in the shot? Good. This is the best opportunity to tell the audience what's going on." Jennifer stood, facing the camera. "A year ago, a serial killer by the name of Dan Hattum wreaked havoc upon the students of Douglas High School. According to legend, he cast a spell on himself so that when he died, he would come back to life a year later, to cause even more mayhem. He was supposedly buried somewhere in these Black Hills, and we are going to attempt to find his grave site." After this, there was another edit to another scene where Jennifer was holding the camera, and she and Keith were still exploring the woods. The sun was about to set. "Keith, I can't find my map. We haven't gotten anywhere and it's almost dark and even if we don't find the grave we should atleast know the way outta here. Keith, do you have the map?" Jennifer asked. Keith answered, "No, I don't have your map." "Are you sure?" "Yes, I'm positive. You see, I didn't think we would really NEED the map, since you said you knew your way around these woods, and we didn't bring any toilet paper with us, so...." "Shut up," Jennifer ordered. "You did NOT just...." Keith nodded. "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! YOU STUPID CRACKHEAD, YOU WIPED YOUR ASS WITH OUR MAP AND NOW WE CAN'T FIND OUR WAY OUT OF HERE?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?" Jennifer then shouted a whole lotta cuss words at Keith, and the uncomfortable situation lasted for about 5 minutes. Jennifer sounded like she was starting to lose her voice as she said, "How could you?.....hey, where's Robert? Robert!! Where are you? Robert? ROBERT!!!!!!! This better not be some stupid joke! Keith, do you know where Robert is? Forget it, we'll just leave without him. I can't believe I went through this with you two punks!" Once again the scene cut to Jennifer (still holding the camera) and Keith trying to get out of the forest, but to no avail. Then, they saw something. It was a house! "That is the creepiest house I've ever seen," Jennifer said. Keith added, "I know, let's go in it." There was yet another cut, and this time Jennifer was running through the deserted and delapidated house. No one else was in sight. "Keith? Where are you? God, I can't believe we went into this freaky house!" Jennifer called. Then, it sounded like someone was screaming for help. "Robert? Robert, is that you?!" Jennifer ran through the house, running down stairs, and flailing through the basement. Then, she stopped when she found Robert standing in the corner. "Robert? What are you doing in the corner?" Jennifer asked. Robert turned around and answered, "Oh, I just had to find a place to take a piss-- WHAT'S THAT BEHIND YOU?!!" SUDDENLY, the camera fell to the floor, got broke, and that was the end of the footage. The room brightened up and the screen went away. This made Meagen think. Maybe Dan was the killer! It's not like he didn't have any experience being a murderer or anything. Dr. Schlong took the podium again. "There's no reason to believe that supernatural forces were behind these dissapearances," he said. "We shouldn't jump to conclusions and believe that Dan Hattum killed those people." JUST AS HE SAID THIS, part of a wall was cut open, and Dan Hattum walked in, chainsaw in hand. "BWAAAH-HA HAA!" he yelled. "That's right, Dan's back and ready to take my revenge on that STUPID bitch Meagen, who managed to kill me and stop my plans a year ago!" Several security officers took out there guns. "I don't think so, I planted a bomb somewhere in this room and if you try anything stupid it'll nuke this place off the map!" Dan responded. "Now, Meagen, get over here!" Meagen reluctantly gotup and walked over to him. This was NOT a comfortable situation. Dan grabbed and held her by the neck with his free hand. "OK, people, you just stay where you are and nothing will happen to you... for now, anyway." Dan lead Meagen out of the room and they walked through the hallway, his hand still clutching her neck. "You just HAD to wait until after the footage was over before making your big entrance, huh?" Meagen asked. Dan answered, "Hell, yeah! People got to see some of my finest work right there." Meagen added, "And what about Tabby?" "Who?" Dan asked. "Don't play dumb with me! You know you killed her, too!" Dan had a weird look on his face, like he actually was confused. "I have no idea who you're talking about!" "You stupid reject..." Meagen sighed. Dan tightened his grip on her neck. "It's not smart to diss me when I'm holding a CHAINSAW, Meagen!" Then, a door opened in fron of them, and Constance Spano, the news reporter, walked out, holding a pistol. Sunny also walked out, holding a shovel like it was a weapon. "Freeze right there, asshole," Constance remarked. "I've shot you with this gun before, and I can do it again." "I TOLD you people to stay there!" Dan yelled. Sunny responded, "Yeah? Well, what are you going to do about it?" Dan looked frustrated. "There really isn't a bomb in this building, is there?" Constance asked. CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE! |
