June 20th: MINNIE FINDS AN IDEAL HUSBAND

On Friday, two of Minnie's movies were released, Tarzan, and An Ideal Husband, which is only open to New York and Los Angeles theaters. How rude, but these two movies have been cut the same amount of slack, and there's a lot. You can catch Minnie on the Disney Channel's Movie Surfers discussing Tarzan, where they also talk to her at the premiere. She wore a beautiful leopard print sleeveless dress. Minnie can also be found on E! talking about An Ideal Husband, because E! has a behind the scenes look at it. Other entertainment shows have interviews with Minnie, but they're pretty much all the same. Minnie's talking about her character and Rupert Everett, and she should be wearing a pink satin dress. There have also been many rumors circulating that on New years Eve when Barbara Streisand performs at the MGM Grand live in Las Vegas, after the show, she will see to it that her son-in-law (actor James Brolin), and girlfriend Minnie have a huge massive wedding. Minnie confirmed that there is no truth to that rumor at all, and that she and Josh Brolin aren't even engaged. Also, look out for South Parker: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut. Minnie's supposed to have a role in it. I hope this is true, it's the only reason why I'd actually see it. It comes out on June 30th. Also, it is true, Minnie is on the cover of Total Style. She's wearing a black suit. Hopefully, I will have pictures of that and Jane next week. Also, I may have the Jane article by next week!

June 12th: MINNIE COVERS ALL

Here's the latest in Minnie's life. Well, for starters, she's on two, yes two magazine covers this June. Well, since she's on the cover of Jane magazine, its actually June/July. In this isssue of Jane, Minnie discusses Matt Damon, Josh Brolin, the red dress, and her upcoming films. My favorite quote from this interview is, "...I wasn't wearing a red dress for revenge--I just wanted to look nice for the Oscars! I was just dressing for a big night. You don't clean the toilet in a red dress that shows your tits." Haha! The interview is so great. Minnie is also on the cover of a hair magazine. Sorry, I forgot what it's called. I think it's Total Style. Now, 3 of Minnie's movies are coming out this month. There's Oscar Wilde's An Ideal Husband, Tarzan (June 18th, the both of them), and the South Park movie (June 30th). Everyone's already fallen for An Ideal Husband, but People magazine gave Tarzan a somewhat negative review. They said that the kids wouldn't go ape over it. May 31st: MINNIE AND DAVID DUCHOVNY IN LOVE AND MORE

Minnie Driver is currently on the set of her new film in production, directed by Bonnie Hunt. Her co-star is the sexy X-Files' Mulder, David Duchovny. The film is a romantic comedy about a man named Bob Rueland (Duchovny) who falls in love with a woman (Driver) that recieved his wife's heart (Joely Richardson). Both of the Return to Me (the movie's title) actors sat down and had a chat with Entertainment Tonight on May 28th. Minnie said that David is hard to work with and bad company, but, she was only kidding. They get along great. An Ideal Husband opens in the states on June 18th. The highly acclaimed and anticipated film closed the Cannes Film Festival, which is an honor to do. For some reason, Minnie wasn't at the festival. This is strange because she knows and I know and everyone knows that if she had gone, she probably would have been the show stopper. She and her producer sister Kate were available for the recent Independent Spirit Awards, though. They even took a sweet picture together for In Style magazine, which is in my pictures section. Now, this isn't directly about Minnie, but it's close enough to her. The new man in her life since Spetember of last year, hunky film star Josh Brolin, son of James was named one People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People." He is absolutely gorgeous and it's good to know Minnie has good taste. Josh Brolin has been acting since he was in his teens and he has a lot in common with Minnie. For one, they share the same height, 5'10! Finally, watch out for Good Will Hunting, the story of an unknown genius who works as a janitor in MIT, and experiences love, friendship, and realization that he can be something great. It's been playing non-stop on cable channels like Showtime. Here are the listings for June:
