THE STAND





The committee decides that they need to learn more about what Flagg is planning, so they choose three spies to go to Vegas. Larry chooses the Judge who agrees to go.



Dayna is also chosen.



The final selection is Tom Cullen. Because he is retarded, they hypnotize him so he will know what to do. He is to come back when the moon is full.



Nick and Stu see Tom off. This is particularly hard for Nick.



Meanwhile, Mother Abigail feels that she has failed God by being selfish. She prays about it and then goes out into the wilderness to be tested.
