(Bear with me, 'cause I haven't read the previous issue / #27 / Part One.)
Ryan and Seance decide to go into the Frozen City to aid their friends while Genn protects Ms. Hagger on the outside. Inside, we find Lendo Rivalsan, Britanny, Pee-Wee Talon & gang, and Montara mixing it up over ancient treasure. Further in is Gina, Penny and Charlotte, running away from the horde's keeper... a giant cobra who's ticked off big time.
This comic is basically a big fight scene with double crosses, the ol' "who's got the diamond" bit (get it? ^_^), and a small lesson in ethics. This comes from the cobra, whom Brit discovers has every right to be miffed because of everyone stealing from it's horde.
In the end, they all get kicked out and are exhausted physically, mentally and munitionally(?). The end.
Perhaps it's because I missed reading the previous issue that I found nothing of substance to this comic. It was action packed and definitely had its humourous moments (Pee Wee-Wee), but it just read like a big scrambled fight scene.
Of note, Penny thinks that perhaps she is a mean person and seems to make a silent vow to be nicer, starting with Charlotte. Also, we see Genn's feelings for Seance getting stronger. And Seance for Gina. And Ryan for Gina. (Kinda like a mixed-up Ranma1/2 or Tenchi Muyo.)
The cover is nicely done along with the interior art. You can tell that Mr. Perry is really having fun while doing this issue, (he says so himself in the letters page.) A spelling mistake (the only time I may ever point one out) happens at a crucial moment, but it doesn't matter. It shows that he was having fun, and I believe that's what this comic is all about.

(It's probably nothing, but the way that Mr. Perry uses the word "purged" makes me think that he may have played "Space Hulk".)
