Currently Pioneer is well know for their production of high quality laser disc and their wide selection of titles that are available. Now Pioneer has release an extra 300 titles at a very affordable new list prices of US$14.98, US$19.98, US$24.98 and US$29.98. Additional titles will be available each month. Nothing have been said regarding the picture quality or the sound quality of these laser disc or the distinction between the more expensive price laser disc to the affordable on. It is hoped that there will be no compromise on this affordable laser disc selection. Progress will be posted!!! 26/4/97

Finally there are some information regarding the types of software that is going to be released on DVD. However at the current moment there has been several difficulties in getting the software together in terms of selection and pressing facilities. There have been only a few studios that are willing to invest in the DVD titles and only tentative first release has been given.
