The Third Season
Voice Actors

Captain Ginyu - This is one of the voices which I can honestly say pales in comparison to the old one.  The second season voice of Ginyu was strong and comanding.  A true captain of an elite fighting force.  This new voice is none of these things.  I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just saying it's not right for this character.  It sounds too scratchy and high-pitched, sort of cartoony.  It actually sounds kind of like the voice of a frog.  How ironic.  One good thing about this voice is that he knows how to yell, which is something that other voice actors don't seem to be able to do very well.  I give Ginyu's voice a 7.5/10.

Bulma - I only have one major problem with Tiffany Vollmer's voice.  She sounds like a valley girl!  This can get very annoying after a while, but luckily she begins to lose the accent after about the eighth episode. Aside from that she sounds a lot like the old Bulma, Lalaina Lindbjerg, and can portray her character fairly well.  Bulma receives an 8/10.

Jeice - This new voice, Christopher Sabat (again!), sounds almost exactly like the old one, exept for one rather strange change. Scott McNeil, who was the old Jeice, gave the character a British or Scotish voice, I'm not sure which, it sounded like both.  The new Jeice starts out with this accent, but then switches to Australian after about five lines!  The script-writers even went so far as to re-define the character as Australian by peppering his dialogue with the word "mate".  One other thing is that I hate this guy's laugh.  It makes you want to see his head spontaniously explode. Aside from that, he's okay, so I give him an 8/10.

Burter - Burter sounds like he's got a cold now, but other than that, Mark Britten sounds like the old Burter, which I liked.  I don't have much else to say about him, since he dies in the very first episode of the new season, so I give him a 7/10.

Dende - Dende's new voice is good.  He sounds exactly like the old one, which was perfect for this character - a small boy's voice.  This new voice actor also delivers her lines well.  I give Dende a 10/10.

Nail - Nail's new voice is also good.  It sounds a lot like the old voice, only younger.  Sean Schemmel has potential, and could serve as a good Android #17 in the future.  I give Nail a 9.5/10.

Guru - I like Guru's new voice, Chris Sabat (of course) more than the old one.  Even when I heard the old one for the first time, and I had never heard the Japanese version, I thought it sounded wrong for the character, didn't bring across the feeling that this was an old and wise man who truly cared for his people, which the new voice does.  Guru's new voice gets a 10/10.

King Kai - When I first heard Kai's new voice, I shuddered.  It was by far the worst new voice I had heard yet in the new episodes.  He now slurred his L's when he spoke, and put absolutely no feeling into his character.  Fortunately, he improved drastically, and now sounds a lot like Dave Ward, King Kai's old voice.  He gets a 7.5/10.

Tien - I like Tien's new voice, Chris Cason, it sounds really cool! I like it even more than the old voice, which is rare for me, who prefers it when all the new voices sound just like the old ones.  This new voice is deeper than the old one, but at the same time isn't trying to make himself sound overly-macho.  I give Tien's new voice a 10/10.

Yamcha - Now here's one voice which I was truly sorry to lose.Yamcha's old voice, Ted Cole, was just so perfect for him.  It sounded exactly like the Japanese version!  Christopher Sabat is okay, but sounds a little bit like a surfer-dude.  Fortunately, he eventually loses the accent, like many of the other new voices.  Yamcha gets an 8.5/10.
