I forget the name cause it was like really long. :( And so I were walking out of it and I saw MKA across the street!!! There were already like 10 kids there but I really wanted to meet them and get their autograph! So I went over there, and they were like really cool!! I was sooooo happy! My mom called and said that Mary-Kate and Ashley were going to be at FAO Shwartz. It's a really big toy store in Manhattan. I was so excitied because I watched them on Full House every day. It was also really cool because we haven't planned it to go see them; it was just a coincidence. Anyway, we went right over and it was really crowded. They were wearing detective outfits because of their detective movies. They looked so cute! I will never forget that day! Also, my mom knows someone who helped design Mary-Kate and Ashley's new clothes line, so I knew about the clothes before they even came out! I asked if they wore Sketchers (a shoe brand) and I thought they wouldn't bother to answer. Then when I looked at the screen it said "yes we do wear Sketchers." Contributor: Annika, cutesmile@artic.net When I was 6 years old (now I'm 16), me and my family moved to CA because of my dad's work! I'm originally from Finland. We moved to Sherman Oaks and of course only 2 miles away from Mary-Kate and Ashley's house. I went to school there and their brother was in the same class I was! I didn't know anything about them first until I became friends with Trent. He asked me to visit his house and he told me he has three sisters and two of them were twins! Then he told they were on this show called Full House. I started watching Full House and I became very familiar with the Olsen twins! Then my mom met their mom and Jarnie asked all of us (my dad, mom, brother and sister) to visit their house! Well, we went and I became friends with Mary-Kate and Ashley! We did pretty much everything. We swam in their pool and drove their fake cars and drew pictures! Then when I was 11 and they were 9, they asked me to come to watch the shooting of It Takes Two and I went! We had a blast. I got to meet Steve Guttenberg and Kirstie Alley too. They were cool! Only thing I wondered about Mary-kate and Ashley was that they were so much like any other kid their age! We went to movies, to the beach, and I was on their cruises and some of their videos. They were so normal! I don't live in USA anymore, we moved back to Finland when I was 13, but we still write to each others and I visit there every summer. That was my Olsen Experience!		Contributor: BldC123@aol.com I met MKA before. I was at the Mall of America and I was in Gap (huge store). I looked across the rack and there they were. I didn't even know they were there until the guards were saying "step back step back" I was in so much shock. When she (Mary-Kate or Ashley) said "hi", I was like "Can I have your autograpgh?" and she's like "why not". I was so surprised! It was this 4th of July, 2001 and it was in San Juan, Puerto Rico on their Caribbean cruise. It was 8:15am when I arrived there. They didn't came until later. There were 3 more girls waiting with me. They were very shy, they weren't that flashy. They were arriving late, so that was when most of the people waiting for them left. My uncle saw them going through the passenger door and he came to me and said that they were wearing white blouses and that they had packages and that there was a boy behind them. I ran to the door where they came out of and I told them "Hi, how are you?". They said "fine" and we kiss in the cheek and shake our hands. I asked them if I could take a photo with them. They said "yeah, ok" and we took the photo. We talked a little bit and asked if they liked our island. They told me "yes". Later, they moved on to the beach. I knew it because under their clothes, they had swimsuits. They are very little. They are like 4'12". Mary-Kate is my height and Ashley is like 1 or 2 inches taller. They are very thin. They really look different without makeup. They are very nice and very, very shy. If you meet them and talk with them, you would say that Mary-Kate and Ashley aren't the same as on TV. I had a great time and am so proud of the way they talked to me and how nice they treat people. I want to congratulate them...it's mission complete!!!
