Night At The Movies
Forrest Gump (1994) (Paramount)

Synopsis:

Forrest Gump is an idiot (okay, metally deficient for all you PCer's out there) who would appear to have nothing going for him.  But sit next to him for a spell and he'll tell you all about his life, like the time he met President Kennedy after drinking too many Dr. Peppers.  Or he might tell you about the love of his life, Jenny.  This heartwrenching story follows the life of Forrest and the amazing life he has led, at least up to the early 80's.

My Rating:
A good movie to watch when the world is not going your way.  Seeing Forrest overcome the odds makes me feel a little bit better about my own problems.  Plus it won best picture, so it's gotta be good.
