Actor: Nick Poole
Bio: This is the first acting experience for Nick and he shows lots of talent. He was more than anxious to start shooting. His prescence on the set and on camera are startling.
Nick and the director had met through his girlfriend who play a small role in the project. The director was having trouble finding role for the characters in the screenplay and his name came up. They were introduced and the director was immediately intimidated by his persona.
"I really wanted to play a part in the project because I thought it might be a good experience for me." Nick said. He had come onto the set already in the frame of mind that the director wanted. "I really couldn't pass up this chance to do this part. It was pretty interesting to try and play this character."
Character: Lucifer, First Angel Created / Dark God of Flight
Lucifer, in the script, isn't anything like you would imagine him to be. He, like Rafael, are tainted with a sense of regret. They had they shot at staying in Heaven but the destroyed that chance through selfish ways. Lucifer had never ran Hell with an iron fist, he ran it like a past time.
By recreating Hell, Lucifer had the hopes that he will be able to build his army to the point where he could barge into Heaven and take it over. He feels that he was unjustly cast out by God but still understands why he was. All he wants is to go back home again.
By reorganizing his Domain, he thinks that he can recruit enough souls from Earth to use his army against Heaven. Since he is the first Angel created, he believes he is the rightful heir to the throne. Since he was created in the exact likeness of God, he believes he can run Heaven just as good or better than God himself.
Ryan had impressed the director for having such talent for a first time actor. He was good to have on the set as well because he was very courteous and patient with the director, too. Since this is the director's first big project, Nick had the patience to watch him run aroundm trying to get things done. Nick made it easy by doing what he was asked and doing it right the first time.
