STEPHEN KING'S SLEEPWALKERS

When you have a movie called "Sleepwalkers," you got to wonder if it's about people doing dangerous things while asleep. Nope, not even close. Instead, it's about nomadic, incestuous werewolf-like creatures who must sustain themselves by draining the life out of virgin girls, and naturally a lovely virgin--played by Madchen Amick--is about to become lunch. This movie only manages to be mildly entertaining, thanks to some interesting cameo appearances, somewhat decent special effects, and strong performances by Alice Krige and Madchen Amick. But unfortunately, there's also a jive-talking policeman, about a hundred killer kitty-cats, and a pederast teacher (played by Glenn Shadix) to make "Sleepwalkers" cheezy enough to keep that Cheetos-chomping Chester Cheetah character happy for a while.

QUARTER BY QUARTER ANALYSIS OF MOVIE

OVERALL RATING

6 out of 12

** NOTE: The more dots on the domino, the higher the rating. 11 or 12 dots is considered to be excellent. One or no dots means you're much better off fast-forwarding the movie rather than playing it. **
