Capsule Designed and built by Sir Don Zondok of the Galactic Police Corps, Lieutenant of the New Republic and Jedi In training, it is his base of operations for his lone fight against Evil. Always under construction, its modular design ensures that it is different every time you see it.  It also makes construction and repair 'almost' easy enough for a wild gundark to complete. Eventually it will become a "half across the law traders post" and "half 'the law' military command base of operations." Now though it is just a ship. 

Currently it travels with "The Night's Cart" as its escort.  "The Night's Cart" has a fighter escort of twelve X-wings, "Slayer Squadron" and twelve Spikray Blastboats, "Dragon Squadron."  With this added firepower "The Royal Garrison" can easily defend itself as it runs or even take out small attacking forces.

At one point it's predecessor, "The Star Battle Lander" was destroyed by unknown aliens.  Let's hope they don't come back because they are a nuisance.  In hind sight many changes were made to protect against that problem.
