11/16/01 1:58am Montreal awaits...
Hey everyone. I'm going to Montreal for the weekend. Woohoo! It's going to be my sister's fiancee, George's bachelor party. If any of you know George, you know it's going to be a crazy time. I'm leaving at 10am Friday, and I'm coming back at some point on Sunday.
So, what's new with me? Not too much. I had a week of staying up late and sleeping in a lot. Bowling was Monday night. That's turned into my highlight of the week. I really like bowling. I just upgraded to a new ball, (I stole it from the lanes, shhhh), and I am kicking some ass with it. It's a much heavier ball, so whenever the ball hits the pins, it makes a much bigger impact, and therefore I'm getting strikes more often. Holy run-on sentence. I went from averaging 130s, to now averaging somewhere in the 170s. I have a big week in school next week. I have a test in my Computer Architecture course, and a test in my War & Cold War class.
UMass-Lowell takes on UMass-Amherst tomorrow night at the Tsongas Arena. I especially want the Riverhawks to walk all over the Minutemen because my friend Gregory will be there. He always talks trash about Lowell and how great Amherst is, but this time Lowell has a much better team and I want to stick it to him. If you see a balder man than me, yelling, hooting, hollering for Amherst, and a girl sitting next to him shaking her head in disbelief, that is Greg. Go introduce yourself and tell him that you found out about him on Pramas.com and that you know "Christopher". Someone please e-mail me with the results and any Gregory sightings, so after we win, I can rub it in his face.
Target still sucks. Not the people, I like the people a lot, but the job itself stinks. Getting a new job will be near the top of my priority list next week. Eric suggested that I work at Market Basket, but I must reiterate the point, that I will NEVER work at Market Basket. I will try and be one of the few that stays clear from that crooked company. Do any of you Market Basket employees know how Mr. Demoulas made it big during WWII??
Enough about Market Basket, it's really not a bad place, and some great people are working there now. Oh well, enjoy some links, and I'll have a full update on Montreal Sunday or Monday. Later Everyone...

11/12/01 12:42pm Weekend Wrap-up
Hey everybody. I just wanted to welcome you to the 13th week of Pramas.com, and to give you a recap of my weekend.
Friday, Rob and I attended the UMass-Lowell hockey game. ULowell got beat 5-2 I believe. This brings me on to my first digression...Digression #1 - Every sporting event I attend, the team I'm rooting for ALWAYS loses. Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, Spinners, etc. It's unbelievable. The only time that the team I'm rooting for won, was the 1996 AFC Championship game, the Pats beat the Steelers, and a Red Sox game I went with my dad to see when I was younger. END of Digression. Anyway, we met up with the Shermanator, and we decided to head to the Brewery. Sherman, Rob, and I met up with Marc and Allison, and we had a few drinks. It was a good time had by all. I was definetely drunk. I was probably about a half a beer from throwing up. Too bad, it would have made an interesting video clip for the site. Interesting fact of the night - Allison picked up more chicks than Sherman, Rob, Marc, and I combined, not that we were trying or anything, but still, it's just the point. A lesbian, or bisexual tried to pick up Allison, it was great. Too bad Allison didn't think it was that great, she turned her down. I feel bad for the girl, rejection is tough you know.
Saturday night, a little more of the same. I got out of work at 10, and Eric, John John, Kenny, Jessica, and Tim came over to my apartment, and we had a couple. Highlights: Getting a car to go on two wheels in Gran Turismo 3, Domino's Pizza, bacon with garlic sauce, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, and a private screening of South Park on my roommates ridiculously huge TV.
Sunday, I worked, and then I went over Kara's house. I rented Bridget Jones' Diary. It was one of those romantic comedies. It wasn't too bad, a couple of chuckles here and there. Then, I went to Wendy's and I had the best chili of my life. I have no problem in saying that. It was so meaty, and mmmmmmmmmm good. Tell Rob what he missed out on.
So, what's on my plate for Veteran's Day. Nothing. I woke up a few minutes ago. What would Brian Boitano do?? I do have bowling later on tonight. I think I'm just going to grab some breakfast/lunch, and watch TV. Yeah, a truly lazy man's way to go. Alright, here are some links to start the week off right.
