Apply For GHW'S Rubber Ducky/Sandra Bullock Awards!!!

Hello there! Well, I guess that since you clicked a link to this page, I can safely assume that you want to apply for one or both of my awards! Before, you proceed, I suggest that you read about the demanding (heh heh) conditions below:

Your site MUST:

Be easy to navigate, although one or two broken links are acceptable.

Be designed systematically and have original style.

Have a clear theme/plot/topic.

Be about Sandra Bullock, if you're applying for the Sandra Award.

Be in English, Malay or Mandarin. I can't award a site in a language I cannot even understand. If your site is multilingual, please provide clear links to other languages.

Have an alternative frames/ non-frames link, if you have frames, that is. I personally dislike frames, especially since they can cause Netscape 3 to crash. :-\

Your site MUST NOT:

Take FOREVER to load, I can't bug my eyes out at the computer screen all day! :-)

Have any Java applets/audio/video/any other type of plugin loading on the front page automatically. I find this particularly irritating. The only exception to this rule is news tickers, which are quite easily downloadable Java applets (look at my front page).

Look terribly horrendously ugly, which I assume you should already be sure of, since you want this award :-)

Have any offensive material (e.g. pornography, racism, occults, hate etc.). As they put it, make sure your grandmother and grandchildren can view your site!

Have any "under construction" signs. After all, any GOOD site is ALWAYS under construction, so putting these signs would be a waste of time, don't you think? :-)
