• First and foremost: This is not an official page. All video clips, and most sounds and most pictures are protected by copyright owned or controlled by Universal City Studios, Inc and those that are not probably have been credited. I don't make any kind of profit from this page. These materials and this page are for personal and noncommercial use only. Disclaimer: This web site, its operators, and any content contained on this site relating to "The 'Burbs" are not authorized by Universal City Studios, Inc---or anyone else for that matter--we are independent over here at Mayfield Place (not politically though).

• Please do not copy any files from this site without my permission. I don't own the copyrights to most pictures, but I did put a lot of work into this site and don't want people posting it on their site and taking credit for my work and ideas. Be creative and come up with original stuff. If you really want a picture or something for your site, ask me and I'll probably let you post it--if you give me credit and/or a link to my page from your site.

• This site is best viewed: in 800x600 mode, in 16 bit color or better, with Internet Explorer 4.0 or better, and with a soundcard.

• If your internet browser allows it, this site works best if fullscreen mode--especially the video clips pages.

• This site contains MP3 (audio) files from the rare soundtrack so you may want to find a good player to hear them. I would recommend WinAmp--its free and works great. All you need is a 16-bit soundcard. Just make sure you download the correct player for your specific computer! Go here to find a player if you don't have one. And I take no responsibility if you download a player not meant for your computer and is messes everything up. Many MP3 files are illegal, however, mine are quite legal and I can prove it.

• This site also contains Real Audio and Real Video clips! If you don't have a player/viewer, go here to download one--they are also free, if you choose the correct one.

• This site does contain mild swear words in video and audio clips from the movie, not by me. Everything else on the site is clean. I don't think that there are any swear words written. The swear words in the clips mild so don't worry. If you are offended at all by mild swear words, don't view these clips. But you must like the movie for being here, so...whatever.
