Billie Lou Hatfield (Ellen McElduff) - the bartender. Has some Billytown cousins. She is a composer in obscure music. Ms. Hatfield has been married three times. Billie Lou has a really big crush on Stuart, but, when she found out he was married, she started flirting with Munch. He took her to the Police Lodge party and on a weekend trip. However, Billie Lou told Stu to let her know when he was free and clear. Since then, she and John have become engaged, and she told Stu never to speak to her again after he shoved her into a table and caused her bowing hand to swell up.
McGonnigle (Jerry Stiller) - bartender for only a very short while. Waterfront Gold Premium microbrewery beer was his brilliant (and expensive) plan. He quit when he got a better job offer.
