How to make Pickled Beans  

Vinegar is known to help preventing heat attack, overweight, constipation, and restore healthy skin and stamina. Also known to help fight diabetes. However, it is very difficult to eat a lot of vinegar, so here’s the recipe for pickled beans.

In a jar, put about half cup of raw beans (either soybeans or black beans). Pour 1 cup of vinegar into the jar. Put a lid on it, and leave it in a refrigerator for about a week.  Start eating about 7 beans a day.

I know it is not the greatest tasting food on earth, but like a Korean saying goes, “The good medicine tastes bitter.” In this case, sour. Very sour.
