Yangyom Tak (Seasoned Chicken)

2 lbs chicken wings, drumsticks or
thighs, 6 T soy sauce, 1 T red pepper paste, 5 T sugar |
Directions: |
Season chicken with soy sauce, pepper, chopped garlic and chopped giner and marinate for one hour. Brown the chicken pieces in a pan on both sides. Drain oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer. (Add water, if needed) |
