Yangyom Tak (Seasoned Chicken)

Ingredients:H

2 lbs chicken wings, drumsticks or thighs, 6 T soy sauce, 1 T red pepper paste, 5 T sugar
2 T tomato ketchup, 2 T vinegar,1 t hot sauce,1/2 c chopped onion,1 t chopped garlic
1 T chopped ginger, pepper to taste

Directions:
Season chicken with soy sauce, pepper, chopped garlic and chopped giner and marinate for one hour.  Brown the chicken pieces in a pan on both sides.  Drain oil.  Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer.  (Add water, if needed)
