Chicken BBQ

Ingredients:
30 oz of boneless chicken

Chicken Seasoning 2Tbs of soy sauce, 2 tsp of sesame seeds, 1 Tbs of chopped garlic,  2 tsp of ginger (can be Substituted with ginger powder), 1 ½ Tbs of sugar, ½ Tbs of salt, 1 Tbs of sesame seed oil, 1 tsp of ground black pepper.    

Directions:

(1) Put all the chicken seasoning into a bowl and mix.

(2) On the chicken meat, lightly make a few lines with a knife for seasoning.

(3) Marinate Chicken for more than an hour. (the longer, the better)

(3) Cook over a grill or in an oven.
