Eat BBQ the Korean Way
Clean red leaf lettuce (a bunch) with a drop of sesame seed oil when you are cooking beef or pork. If beef or pork has little seasoning, prepare small dish of sesame seed oil, salt and pepper. Mix them well. (About 1 tsp of sesame seed oil, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper)
Flatten a lettuce leaf on one palm (left palm, if you are right handed). Dip cooked meat into that sesame seed oil mixture and put over the lettuce leaf. If the meat has enough seasoning, don't dip it in, just put it over lettuce leaf. You can add sliced raw garlic or sliced chilly pepper on the lettuce with some bean paste. If you have rice, add spoonful of rice over it, too. You can add anything you want, even Kimchi. Wrap it with the lettuce leaf. (This is basically a finger food.)
Open your mouth wide ^()^ and shove it in quickly. Don't talk for a while.
