- Beat
eggs and water well.
- Put
soy sauce and salt.
- If
you have dried shitake mushroom, soak it in water for 15 minutes and cut it
into pieces.
- If
you have shrimp, cut them into pieces after cleaning.
- Chop
green onion.
- Pour
egg water in a small bowl that is either microwavable or oven safe.
- On
a medium heat (never too hot!), boil 2 cups of water in a pot. In the middle
of the pot, place the bowl that contains egg water from the beginning.
Place cover on the pot.
- After
about 5 minutes later put green onion, mushroom and shrimp.
- Wait
for 5 to 10 minutes. Check with chopstick if it is done.
