Tofu Kimchi (goes with beer) 

Ingredients: H

1 Tofu, 4 oz of Kimchi, 4 oz of pork meat, 1 tsp of chopped garlic, salt, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 1 tsp of sesame seeds oil, oil

Directions:
  1. Cut kimchi into desirable pieces and cut pork meat about the same size.

 

  1. Coat skillet, and stir pork meat with garlic. Sprinkle salt over it.

 

  1. Stir in kimchi and when kimchi is cooked, add sugar, sesame seeds, and sesame seed oil. 

 

  1. Boil water, and drop whole tofu and boil for about 3-4 minutes.  Take it out, and dry it.  Cut into 2X3X½  inch squares.

 

  1. Place tofu squares around a big plate, and place kimchi and pork mixture in the middle. 

 

How to eat : Place kimchi mixture on a tofu square.
