Seaweed Soup

seaweed 1 oz, beef for soup stock 8 oz (or beef stock), 3 cloves of
garlic, 3 Tbs of soy sauce for soup, sesame seed oil
Beef Seasoning 1 ½ Tbs of sesame seed oil, ground black pepper *Soy sauce for soup is called Kook Ganjang. Regular soy sauce is called Ganjang.

*** Koreans make this soup for birthdays or for women who just had baby. I make this almost once a week because I like the soup and it is full of minerals, and seaweed itself is 0 calorie. |
