Cold Seaweed Soup (Neng Kook)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of soaked seaweed, 1/2 of cucumber, 1tsp of chopped garlic, 1 tsp of ground red pepper, 1/2 Tbs of soy sauce for soup, sesame seed oil, sesame seed

Soup 1/2 Tbs of soy sauce for soup, 1/2 Tbs of sugar, 2 Tbs of vinegar, 2 cups of water, 1 tsp of salt. 

Directions:
  1. Clean soaked seaweed well.
  2. In a bowl, boil water and cook seaweed for about a minute. Take them out.
  3. Cut seaweeds into desirable length. (for easy eating) 
  4. In a bowl, mix seaweed, chopped garlic, ground red pepper, 1/2 Tbs of soy sauce for soup, sesame seed and sesame seed oil.
  5. Cut cucumber into half and cut into thin strips. 
  6. Boil 2 cups of water with salt. Cool it in the refrigerator or add ice cubes. 
  7. Add soy 1/2 Tbs of soy sauce for soup, sugar, vinegar and put it in refrigerator.
  8. In individual bowl, place some seaweed, put cucumber stings on top and  pour cold soup over it.

Soy sauce for soup is called Kook Ganjang.  Regular soy sauce is called Ganjang.
