Octopus Stir-Fry (This is a HOT dish!)

Ingredients:H
3 octopus, 3 green onions, 3 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1 chilly pepper, 1/2 carrot, some minari but if you dont have it use parsley flakes, oil, salt, ground black pepper, sesame seed oil

Seasoning  2 Tbs of red bean paste, 2 Tbs of ground red pepper, 1 Tbs of sugar, 1 Tbs of soy sauce, ½ Tbs of rice wine, 2 Tbs of chopped garlic, 1 tsp of chopped ginger, 1 tsp of oil (You can adjust amount of ground red pepper a you like.)

Directions:
  1. In a pan, put all the seasoning mixture and stir over high heat for one minute.  Set aside.

  2. Clean octopus by taking out guts.  Cook octopus in a boiling salt water for one minute.

  3. Cut cooked octopus into 2-inch length.

  4. Cut green onion into 2-inch length, and slice garlic thin. Cut onion into ¼ inch thick slices.  Take out seeds from a chilly pepper, and cut it thinly. Cut minari into 2 inch length, and cut carrot into 2 inch length and ¼ inch thick pieces.  
  5. Cook seasoning again for a little while over a medium high heat until it softens, and put all the vegetables and stir. 
  6. Put octopus and stir until completely cooked, and put sesame seed oil and sprinkle sesame seeds at the end.
