Chicken Stir Fry (Dak Calbi)

Marinated for 7-8 hours

Ingredients:H
Chicken pieces about 1.7 lb(4 servings), cabbage about 3.5 oz, 1 carrot, ½ sweet potato, ½ onion, 2 green onions, oil

Marinating Sauce2 Tbs of red bean paste(gochujang), 1Tbs of finely ground red pepper, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 Tbs of soy sauce, ½ Tbs of ground black pepper, 2 tsp of ginger juice, 1 Tbs of sugar, 1 tsp of sesame seed oil, 1 Tbs of rice wine

Directions:
  1. Clean chicken, and cut the way you want (with or without bones).
  2. Make sauce with Red bean paste, soy sauce, ground red pepper, garlic, ginger, ground black pepper, sugar, sesame seed oil, and rice wine. Mix well.
  3. Marinate chicken meat with sauce for 7-8 hours.
  4. Cut cabbage, carrot, onion, and green onion into thick strips.
  5. Put all vegetable into hot frying pan with oil.
  6. Put chicken over vegetables.
  7. Stir-fry until chicken is done.
