Rice Mix(Bibimbab)  

Ingredients:H
2 cups of rice (serves 4), 3 oz of beef, 5 dried shitake mushroom, 1 cucumber, 2 eggs, 4 leaves of red leaf lettuce, red soy bean paste  

Seasoning (1Tbs of sesame seed oil, ½Tbs of salted Sesame seeds, 1 tsp of finely chopped green onion, 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic, ½tsp of salt), 

Beef Seasoning (1tsp of soy sauce, ½tsp of finely chopped green onion, ½tsp of finely chopped garlic, ground pepper, ¼tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of sesame seed oil, ½tsp of sesame seeds)   

Directions:

(1)   Cook rice in a rice cooker.

(2)   Season beef with beef seasoning mixture and stir-fry on a skillet. Set aside..

(3)   Separate egg yolks from whites and fry them separately. Make round flat egg fry.  Cut into thin yellow and white strips.  

(4)   Soak shitake mushrooms in water for 15 minutes and clean.  Squeeze out water and cut into thin strips. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes with a little seasoning.

(5)   Cut cucumber into half, and slice thinly. Make strips. Put salt over it and leave it for 5 minutes.  Squeeze water out.  Stir-fry less than a minute over high heat with a little seasoning. 

(6)  Season coarsely-torn red leaf lettuce with seasoning.

Put rice in a bowl, and place lettuce around it.  Put everything else on the lettuce and serve with sesame oil and red soybean paste (gochujang).  Red soy bean paste is hot! an it is up to the person to decide how much he/she wants it.
