Pictures are taken in the year 2000-2001, at age 7-8

Handol was born in October 1992 in Seoul Korea.  My Mother bought him in December of that year. 

Until he reached age 7, he had a very simple life in an apartment located in Seoul, Korea.  

In 1999 because of my marriage to a guy living in California, Handol began his journey.  On January 2, 2000, Handol got on board of Asiana air cabin in a little cage.  

For more than 11 hours, he was kept in that little cage from Kimpo Airport to L.A.  He went to his first and longest ever bathroom on a lawn in L.A. airport. (oh, the relief!)

From then on, Handol traveled LA, Las  Vegas, San Francisco, Monterey and recently, Yosemite.  

Because Handol cannot understand English, my husband had to learn some Korean.    

Handol loves his toys.  He has some 6 rubber toys and numerous golf balls (as seen on some of the pictures) and he enjoys playing throw and fetch.
