Case 3:

I have a 10 y.o. patient with radial displasie of the right forearm II type according to Heikel classification. The patient has good function but she complain of the progressively radial deviation of the hand. In the literature there is very few articles about long - term results after treatment of such condition. There is some reports of the epifiseal transfer but I think that lengthening of the radial bone or shortening of the ulna is more safely approach. Any suggestions?
