We are a full time service licensed to provide services at the Paramedic level. Services we provide are:

We are the primary 911 provider for the City of Sparta, Villages of Bangor, Melvina, and Rockland. The Towns of Adrian, Angelo, Bangor, Burns, LaFayette, Leon, Little Falls, New Lyme, and Wells. An area of 530 square miles with a population of 14,000. We also provide backup services to the US Army at Fort McCoy, which provides annual training for Army Reserve - National Guard units.

Along with Emergency and Non-Emergency ambulance services we also provide Advanced Life Support intercept and mutual aid for Black River Falls, Fort McCoy, Kendall, Tomah, Tri State Ambulance (La Crosse & Viroqua), and Wilton Area Ambulance. Emergency and Non-Emergency inter-facility transport services are also provided.

Special Event coverage includes: area parade partipation with EMS team coverage, sporting events, and Tactical law enforcement operations.
