SUMMARY
Hello, my
name is Jonathan Crabtree-Morton.
It all started when I was a slow learner and a teacher told me I'd never amount to anything.
Many years later, I only just survived a horrific accident, in which I shattered my spine. The news was blunt - if I moved during the oncoming months, I'd never walk again! To confront the incredible pain and stillness I had to endure, I turned to the power of the mind... From this point I regained my health, graduated from university, had my mindpower recognised by the Guinness Book of Records and became a motivational speaker and mindpower trainer!
Yet more importantly, I'm now using the world's greatest solution (the internet) to help solve the world's greatest problem (children starving). So rather than charge hundreds of dollars for these powerful concepts, I'm donating my mindpower techniques to the internet as careware, in the hope that hungry children can be fed and their lives saved.
So read on, because the following reveals my remarkable story for the very first time... TOP
CRUNCH!
Melbourne Australia, Friday 18 March 1983
The weather
was perfect, with hardly any traffic. I was cruising into town on
my my Honda
XL250 trail bike, when a crazed truckie eyeballed me - but too
late! I didn't
even have the chance to be scared. And while the collision happened in
slow motion, the pain came fast. Then I blacked out...
It was in the cat scan that I regained consciousness. Like my personal metal womb. Through my screeching voice begging for pain killers, I heard "His spine's like a Violet Crumble chocolate bar, smashed on the end with a mallet."
The morphine had no effect... I had to use
my mind!!
No-one ever imagined, in my pain what I would find.
The truck driver who made the illegal turn lost his license for three months and paid a $200 fine. My price was a lot higher, and yet in hindsight, it was a price I'd pay over... TOP
THE MEETING
Perhaps reflecting my
state of mind, my first concern was to ask the first nurse I saw
to call a girl from college and tell her I couldn't keep a date
the next day. Our first date hadn't gone too well, and I didn't
want her to think I was standing her up!
Her name
was Cathy and after she discovered me in intensive care,
Cathy visited me every day after college for two months. Her
visits lasted 6 to 8 hours at a stretch. And so, in what would
make a great Broadway play, we fell in love and courted in
the hospital and Cathy soon became my wife. TOP THE AGONY
My spine was well and
truly mangled! However it had shattered evenly in both
directions, leaving my spinal cord badly damaged, but intact! Yet
the challenge I was confronted with was blunt... If I moved in
the next eight weeks I'd never walk again.
The doctors would perform experiments on me to see the extent of damage to me spinal cord. I was in constant agony beyond belief. One experiment involved suspending a pin on a cotton thread which would gently be lowered until it came into contact with my chest. It wasn't the sharpness of the pin that caused me to scream out in pain... it was the weight of it!
At nights I would have "elephant shots" of morphine injected into my thigh to try and help me through the night. However, I didn't take too well to it, as it was causing me to hallucinate. One time I didn't know where I was and tried to get out of bed. (I was too weak.) Had I succeeded I would have collapsed on the floor and never walked again.
It was during the night that I turned to meditation and visualisation to control the pain. And amazingly, it seemed to work when the drugs couldn't. Then after six weeks of lying on my back I was gently rolled onto my side. I fainted in pain.
After seven weeks of being bedridden I had a sit-down shower. My dignity was starting to return, something I'd been yearning for. So I told my nurse I'd shower alone. Much later, I regained consciousness with my head over the drain hole. Foolishly, I decided I wasn't going to be discovered like this, so I stood up unassisted and kept this event secret until now!
My trail bike was pretty mangled too. But surprisingly, the police left it at the scene of the smash with the keys still in the ignition. And you guessed it... My pride and joy was stolen! Being a struggling student (academically and financially) after I was released from hospital, I bought a 1000cc motorcycle and secured a part-time job as a motorcycle courier! And to this day I'm not sure if my mother has ever forgiven me for this! (Years later, I think she found comfort in the fact I had to sell my Harley to finance mindwave, yet my love of motorcycles (29k) is still with me.
Without this time in hospital I never would have been forced to discover the secret powers of the human mind. Nor would I have fallen in love with Cathy. So with a loving wife, three beautiful sons and my journey to end starvation; shattering my spine was truly my "lucky break!" TOP
MY MISSION
Sadly, just over ten years ago our
first child, a daughter, died at birth. So, it's in her memory,
that I'm taking on this mission to feed hungry children around
the world. What was her life worth? One hungry child saved, ten,
one hundred, 1000? Why not all of them!! And perhaps raising
money to feed hungry children will help ease the heartbreak of
having a daughter I never got to know.... This is why my
mission is to feed, educate and clothe children from around the world.
mindwave© is dedicated to all the hungry children of the world.
However, for the last two years my wife
Cathy and I have sponsored a young girl in Papua New Guinea
called Doris. I know this isn't much, but the fact that Doris is
being fed, clothed and educated, helps me find reason for my
being here on earth. Plus there are the letters and the Christmas
cards, which always make your heart sing...
I've learnt courage as you've discovered above, so with your help, this mission can come true! If you discover value in mindwave©, please tell your friends about mindwave, make a link from your internet site, tell the media and make a small gift to UNICEF or World Vision. Donations are tax deductible and you'll be giving the most precious gift of all - life.
So perhaps your turning point will be discovering mindwave? Because if you work the success secrets you'll discover here, then these success secrets will work for you- just as they have for thousands of others...
So
come onboard to surf your mindwave to success. I'd be privileged
to have you along for the ride - and remember...
All our dreams come true - if we have the courage to pursue them. TOP
