History
In February 1994 a 45-year-old woman presented with atypical vaginal bleedings
because of uterine leiomyomas. A hysterectomy was performed. Four years later
(April 1998) the patient was seen by her gynecologist who found a tumor nodule
in the vaginal wall. Four weeks later massive recurrent disease was detected in
the pelvis with tumor infiltration of the ureter.
