The following pictures were taken my senior year of high school by Eric, a good buddy in high school.  He took it for a photography class on the theme of "Patterns".

These two photos show me doing some of my favorite abs exercises.  Photo 1 is me hanging from a pullup bar before doing a hanging leglift.  My abs workouts include 4 sets of 50 reps.  Photo 2 shows legraises from dipping bars.  I definitely prefer hanging leglifts to these but Eric wanted me to do these.

Photo 3 is me holding an abs pose.  I'm not into bodybuilding (per se), but don't mind flexing my abs to show off a bit.

This was me my senior year of high school getting my head mushed into the mat.

Me at age 15.

Who am I?  Well . . .

I was born on October 15, 1979 to a wonderful mom and dad.  My parents were both in sports--still are.  When I was 7 years old they enrolled me in a gymnastics academy.  My theory is that this was their method of babysitting.  But I loved being with the other kids!

In high school I did both gymnastics and wrestling.  I enjoy the wonderful combination of competing as an individual and being on a team with other guys.

Economics is my major and philosophy is my minor.

Four mornings a week I lift weights for 45 minutes tops.  I return to work my abs 5-6 days a week for 30 minutes.  I often do my abs workouts as study breaks.  I'm 6' 0"  and weigh 175.  I have a 29" waist.   The first two links below show me doing Roman chair situps and Vault  situps.
