Roman chair situps are an excellent abs builder in my opinion and experience. And their damn fun. Some guys do these with weight plates on their chests, but I'm into high reps with no weights so I can keep my 29" waist. I don't want to bulk up on my midsection. I can do a set of 100 reps in just under 4 minutes and now just time my sets instead of counting. |

You should do Roman chair situps with variety. I also do twisting situps to work more of the muscles. |
