Comments.

Thought it was gonna be a normal slowish run in new shoes.  Total pace surprisingly third best 5k this season.  Either the Damai loop measures too short, or the Udini Route measures too long.  Haha!  Second lap went kinda all-out to test best-effort 1 lapper.  From this timing, suggest that best LSD lap should be 9:45 inclusive of 2-min walk break (proved to be conservative, as three days later, managed a 9:13 LFD lap). 

 

Note:  if I can maintain 7:45 for all 4-laps, this means a 31:01 5k time, or pace of 6:12/km!  Damai Lap measured too short?  Udini lap measured too long?  Dunno!

Postrun:  New shoes felt good.  Still stiff, need to break in for more kms before using this for long run.
