Comments. Morning legs felt kinda strong, possibly due
to good night’s sleep. Plan on an easy
5k run, but did 7k thinking that will give me 2 day’s rest before
Saturday’s LSD of 15 laps damai =
18.75km. Run was rather uneventful, no
problems with either legs or shoes, so tried to enjoy the run as much as I
can. Timings are quite good. I would say throughout, ran at consistent
pace. Because of slow run, didn’t
approach panchit condition, all was fat-burning run.

Postrun: Knees felt weak, but functional. Post-run next morning: resting heart rate 67 beats/min after
sleepless night of sniffles et al. Legs
felt weaker than previous morning. So
today and tomorrow will be rest day. Was
wondering how 3 years ago could go 8-5-8-5 mileage in the mornings without rest
day.
