Run started strong, but quickly weakened for some reason. Possible reasons: (1) 2 am conference call the previous night (2) Not enough rest from Monday's 7k PR (3) Fully loaded gut from tea-time over-indulgence. Anyway, pace really slowed down after the 2nd km. Synchronization was totally off in the 3rd km. Left foot kinda strange slapping sound, suggesting some form is off. Final km start to change form a bit, went for higher knee lift at same tempo. Felt that ran better, but timing shows about the same, haha.

Tired, even though only a 5k moderate run. Felt like ran 7k. Anyway, after this will rest three days in preparation for the big one: Putrajaya Half. The gegel feeling is up. Nite had usual menu, start carbo-loading, and same will go for tomorrow, no skipping lunch or dinner.
