  • 1 cup of melon - cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 cup of Honey Nut - Quaker Toasted Oatmeal Cereal
  • 1/2 cup of Milk - 1% fat
Lunch (approx. 600 calories)
- Round Table Pizza with Salad and Fruit
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 7 slices of Cucumber
  • 2 cups of Tossed salad greens
  • 2 slices of Round Table Pizza - Guinevere's Garden Delight, large pan
  • 1/4 cup of Carrot - grated
  • 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing - fat free
  • 1 medium Pear - Bartlett
  • 2 Ginger Snaps
Dinner (approx. 600 calories)
- Cuban Beef and Rice
  • 2 tablespoons of Balsamic sage dressing
  • 1 cup of Spinach - chopped salad
  • 1 cup of Vegetables - steamed seasonal
  • 1 serving of Cuban Beef and Rice
Female
- 1221 calories a day.

A suitable meal for a day would be:

Breakfast (approx. 300 calories)
- Buckwheat Pancakes
  • 1/4 cup of Blueberries-sweetened-frozen-thawed-then heated
  • 1/2 cup of Yogurt - non fat plain
  • 1/2 cup of Kruzteaz Low Fat Buckwheat Pancakes-Just Add Water
Lunch (approx. 400 calories)
- Roast Beef Sandwich
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 3 ounces of Roast beef round tip sirloin - trimmed
  • 2 slices of Whole wheat bread
  • 2 slices of Tomatoes
  • 1 leaf of Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon of Mustard
Dinner (approx. 500 calories)
- Hearty Beef, Rice, and Tomato Casserole with Green Salad
  • 1 ounce of Fat Free Vinaigrette
  • 1 1/2 cups of Mixed Vegetable Salad
  • 1 1/2 cups of Hearty Beef, Rice, and Tomato Casserole
