Baby Diet

A baby is extremely sensitive to her/his food. You cannot just give it any old kind of meals. Here we have listed about a diet for babies and their nutrition values. You may also view an adult diet here or a teenager diet here.

Baby should drink their mother's milk as long as they can, especially under six months old. Because it has much more Vitamin E, Protein and fat   than the original milk. This give the baby enought energy and their brain can grow quickly.

Sweet is very dangeous to to grow of the baby's brain. May be you will think that do not give candy to them then will be OK. But if you have habite of alway giving fruit juice, then it will also contain alot of sweet.

Vitamin B1: peanut, potato, wheat

Vitamin B2: milk, egg, vegetable

Vitamin C: vegetable, fruit

Vitamin D: butter, dry fish

Vitamin E: vegetable

Vitamin B: it very important to the baby's brain.

Vitamin C:  it help not easy to be frighten, and the grow of the blood vessels.

Vitamin D:  it help the skull to grow.

For babies over one year old, they may begin to eat or drink some adult food. When we have our meal, we should  give some little food to let the baby to try. But we should make sure that the food is not very fat or tasty. For example, he/she may try to drink honey, or eat different king of fish and vegetable.

If the babies can eat more different kind of food, they can get more nutrient they need!
