Some Masters will give them all at once, I am one who does not. Each level needs to be assimilated into your system and knowledge.

Each attunement removes blockages from your system on any one or all of three levels - Emotional, Physical and Spiritual. These can release toxins into your body which need to be dealt with. If you are one of these people who have a troublesome clearing then having more than one level hit at once may be too much to deal with.

Allow yourself at least three - six months between attunements to make sure all goes well.
