There is a sharing or interconnectedness of all the souls here ... In physics and chemistry you learn everything is energy, at the atomic level the little electrons buzz around and depending on the speed may show the object it makes up as a solid, liquid, or gas. We are made up of all 3, some have more of the last (wink) it's a male thing I think. The important part is that it is still energy, no matter what speed it travels (vibrates) at.

If you look at a battery, you know how a battery works. The electrons are allowed to flow along a circuit or path. As long as the path has the proper connection and is circular the electrons will flow. All things are like that. Some allow the flow to happen with ease and other materials cause resistance. The heating element of your stove has resistance so causes heat when the electrons flow. The wires, from your local utility to your stove, encourage the movement so the flow is with ease and little heat. This explains the transfer. It has a physical path to travel.

Some of this is done in more direct ways, some in ways that science can explain fully. The Sun shines, the plant soaks up the heat and we, and the animals we eat, eat those plants thus gaining the energy from the Sun. We can also benefit from the Sun directly. It shines on our skins and our body uses it to make Vitamin D. It also tans our skins. We feel warm and don't need to generate as much heat from our internal furnaces. etc... This transfer has no physical path. The Sun's heat arrives here without benefit of wires and travels in waves and particles across the void of space and reaches the Earth. You understand this.

There is a level at which every molecule in this Universe is connected. They have split atoms. One part has been encouraged to reverse it's spin. Simultaneously the other part, with no outside help, has copied the first and also reversed it's spin. There seems to be a shared "knowing" between them.

This shared knowing applies to all other molecules in the universe. We are made up of those molecules. You've seen the remarks about being made of the stuff of stars. So, our connection is that we are made of the same stuff and we share the energy flowing through out the universe.

At a "soul" level we are connected to this energy that makes up everything in our Universe. The dimension or "Reality" we share is bound by time and space. We react to distances and the time it takes to travel those distances. But our souls also occupy other dimensions. At this point in time science suspect about 10 of them. We occupy time & space (height, width, depth.) So 4 of these dimensions need no proof, we experience them readily. The other 6 may be a little more difficult to explain and prove at this point.

The time it takes for me to send energy across the globe, from Canada to Second in Greece, or to Pip in Australia, is but a split second. I think and it is done. The path it took is not in our normal realm of dimensions else it would have traveled a lot slower.

In this reality nothing travels faster than the speed of light. You've seen Einstein's equation ...

Before that time has elapsed the transfer has happened and I already receive a response back, which should have taken another 67 secs. By the time I announce my intent to the chat room my soul has already set up the path and is making the transfer and the recipient is already feeling the effects.

The path it has taken in most cases has already been set up while I talk to you. I can feel the pains you feel, remember? This is how this all got started. (LOL) Second mentioned her sore eye and I reached out to feel what was wrong. I don't request permission to reach out from my intimate friends, they are used to being around the Jandelion. (wink) I do still ask before sending the healing though.

Those I don't know well will always be asked before I reach out or send healing. To me this is an invasion of privacy and I do not care to cross that boundary until given permission. There are times, though, when someone's pain pushes through and makes itself known to me. Then there may be a question or 2 asked to pinpoint the source. I still ask first.

This explains the connectedness and the transfer. The next part is short, but at times not sweet for the Empath.

Yes, as an Empath you can draw the pain from another. This can result in a lessening of their symptoms. This is the immature way of doing things. That pain is something that belongs to the other person and is not yours to take "on" for yourself. Pain is a lesson in my eyes. Do you need to learn that lesson?

When an Empath takes on or draws away pain there are steps they can take to get rid of it. This can work for yourself too, empath or not.

Avoidance : Shielding helps to avoid receiving those pains. Shielding can be done, in the beginning through meditation. I bring the "Light" or healing energies in to me and then have it envelop me like a second skin. This skin of "light" will help to reflect anything I don't need to enter my system. As you practice you get better at shielding until it is second nature for you.

Drain : Any pain that "sticks" from interaction with another person can be drained. See the pain in your mind, then watch as it turns to a liquid and flows to a convenient place to reach the outside. Drain it down your leg or arm, when it reaches your toes or fingers ... Flick ... like drops of water. Careful though, another person, pet or your favorite plant may get splashed with it. They don't want the pain either. Make sure it lands in a good place and won't harm anyone else.

White lighting : This works well for your own pains. Meditate and draw the Loving White Light of your God into you and see a small pinprick of light at the center of the pain. As the point of light grows it cleanses and heals the area. Allow it to grow at it's own pace until the light is large enough to cover the painful area.

This last method can be done for small little tiny things right up to something as large as the planet. I gather with friends regularly and we will white light the planet to encourage healing for any and all on it. This is commonly known as a healing circle.
