• In the elevator, push the "12" button. 
• On the 12th floor, TGC is at the end of the northwest hallway.
  **You will not see Suite 1205 from where you exit the elevator.
  ** You'll have to read the suite number signs to see which way to turn or look for
        thesame side as where you see daylight.
• The ladies' bathroom on the 12th floor requires a key from the receptionist. 
• On first floor, there is a bench in the lobby with view of the street for waiting for rides.
• Also on first floor: a gift shop with snacks, and a deli down steps to rear of building, 
  and a dry cleaning business.

One Central Plaza is located just outside Washington, DC, in Montgomery County, Maryland, near the Capitol Beltway (Route 495) at 11300 Rockville Pike (Route 355) at the corner of Security Lane. To plot your own course, go to Mapquest.

Note: If you go Rockville Pike S. to the Beltway (495) when leaving clinic and you want to head toward Virginia, you must U turn after you cross 495 to find ramp to the west.

From Virginia

To get back to VA

1) Turn right from One Central Plaza Building Parking onto Security Lane.  Turn right on Rockville Pike. Very soon, turn right again onto Edson Lane.  Turn Left onto Old Georgetown Rd. Take ramp to I-495 West toward Northern VA.

OR

2) Turn right from One Central Plaza Building Parking onto Security Lane.  Turn right on Rockville Pike. Take Rockville Pike south, keep going, pass the Capital Beltway/ 495. There is no west exit. Do a U turn after you pass the 495, heading back for the ramp to  I-495 W.

From Washington DC and Bethesda:

Take Wisconsin Avenue North; Wisconsin Ave. becomes Rockville Pike/Rt. 355 just north of the Beltway. One Central Plaza is approximately 1-1½ miles after you cross over I-495. As you approach you'll see White Flint Mall on your right. Turn left at the light on Security Lane across from White Flint Mall; One Central Plaza or 11300 Rockville Pike is the building occupying the whole block on your left on Security Lane. Enter the parking garage using the second entrance on the left (marked visitors).

Metro Rail Directions

Washington DC Metro Rail Red Line. 
(Amtrak goes to Washington DC Union Station - also on the Red Line.)

Get to and take the Metro Red Line to the White Flint Metro stop. When coming outbound on the Red Line from downtown DC, be sure to board a train destined for Shady Grove; Grosvenor-bound trains run the same direction but turn around before the White Flint station. 

One Central Plaza is a few blocks, approx half a mile, SOUTH of the metro station at the corner of Rockville Pike and Security Lane, across from White Flint Mall. Buses (see below) run along Rockville Pike frequently if you cannot walk the distance. Local Bus Information

For people traveling along Rockville Pike to White Flint Mall and One Central Plaza there are two "Ride On" bus routes -- Route 46 ( Rockville - MD355 - Medical Center) and Route 5 (Silver Spring-Twinbrook) -  These routes stop at the White Flint Metro Station (Rail). Regular fare is $1.25, fare for the disabled is $0.60. The stop at Rockville Pike and Security Lane is the stop for the mall and clinic.

  North of White Flint Mall, make a R onto Nicholson Ln.  At curve, Nicholson becomes Parklawn Dr. Turn R into parking lot 100‘ before 4th light (Boiling Brook Pkwy) for Bethesda Home Furnishing Center (bottom level). MOM‘s is located next to Cort Furniture Rental and Hamilton Sofa Gallery.
