be aware of your surroundings, and how they
are affecting you.

The more information you have about addiction, recovery process
and relapse, the more tools you have in your possession to maintain

The education process is not complete until you are capable of honestly applying the information you have learned to your own life and current life circumstances.

IDENTIFY THE WARNING SIGNS

  • Make a list of your personal relapse warning signs

    WARNING SIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Learn how to interpret warning signs
    before you loose control

    INVENTORY TRAINING

  • Learn how to become consciously aware of
    warning signs before they develop

    REVIEW YOUR RECOVERY PROGRAM
    Make sure your recovery program is able
    to help you manage your warning signs

    INVOLVEMENT OF SIGNIFICANT OTHERS

  • Teach others how to work with you to avoid relapse

    FOLLOW-UP
    Update your relapse prevention plan regularly
