Several cases approached me with the above complaints, having tried and failed miserably with only modern medicine.

These cases were first given one shot of a long-acting Testestorone Intra-muscular injection manufactured by Organon Laboratories. This injection was not repeated again. This was given to boost spermatogenesis in the testes. With this, the patient was advised cold or ice compresses to his scrotum. This was done because cold compresses hasten the spermatogenesis in men. As we are aware, anatomically also the testes are out of the body so that there, the temperature is always lower than the body temperature.

Following this, Homoeopathic remedy Licopodium 30 – 1 dose was administered. With this , a homoeopathic oral preparation in the form of drops was made containing – Conium 30, Damania 30, Agnus Cactus 30, Onosmodium 30, Sepia 30 and Phosphoric Acid 30, was prepared and 10 drops of this were advised twice a day on empty stomach without any dilution.

A similar preparation is available in the market known as R 41 manufactured by Dr. Reckeweg Laboratories from Germany. This preparation can also replace the previous drops. This is widely available in almost all the countries with good stockist of homoeopathic remedies.
