They love me. I go to bed everynite in a warm soft comfortable bed, floor,or couch.I wake up and can watch cartoons.Thank you Lord.~Scott
November 20th, tonite we all went to my grannies house and had supper with her. Tonite was the 1st day for our housekeeper to work. Yup, that's right, dad hired a housekeeper for mom for her birthday. She will come once a week to start out. Dad says she has her work cut out for her. Hehe. Thanksgiving is in two days. That is hard to believe so says dad. We will be going out to dinner with our family and meeting with a couple. Mom and dad has known them for at least 4 yrs now. Friday will be really fun. We will be going to the oldest continuing Santa parade in the U.S.A. It is in Peoria. I have gone to it ever since I was born. Hmm, that would be 4 years now!
November 17th, mom sure did enjoy her special day. After she woke up, dad, Connor, and I showed her gifts to her and she opened them. She really like them. I got her a Barnes and Nobles gift card. She likes to read so I figured she could find some good stuff there. In the afternoon, Connor and I stayed at our grannies while dad took mom out for a luncheon and time for them to share together. Today, we all went to the mall and we saw Bob the Builder and Santa Clause. It was their first time at the mall this year. Jesse, our cousin, came too. Jesse and I got our picture taken with Bob. We will go back to see Santa later.

November 10th, today and tomorrow, dad, Connor, and I all are going to go christmas shopping for mommy. We are also going to get her some birthday gifts. This will be fun.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
Tonight, for the 1st time in 46 years, we had a full moon on Halloween. Boy was it some sight. Connor and I went trick or treating at the mall. We both dressed as lions. We also took my neighbor friend and his mom. We saw many spooky costumes and some of he stores were scarey too. Even the store employees dressed up. It was fun.
October 27th, well my birthday was sure fun. We went to lunch and grandma came with us, then while mom and grandma went shopping, dad, Connor, and I went to Jungle O Fun and played there for about 2 hours. It was a blast running through all the maze of the playground equipment. Even Connor had fun. That evening, Jesse and my Aunt Monica came over and I opened my gifts and we all ate some ice cream and cake. I got lots of neat stuff. An animal cookie game, some dinosaur toys and best of all was a remote control T Rex. I had a really fun time.

HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY TO ME!!
Today I woke up and there were balloons all over the living room and there were some neat streamers that mom and dad put up. Today we will be going to many places that dad says is a surprise. I cannot wait.
October 20th, my birthday will be coming up soon. I will be 4 years old. We will be having a party for me. Yay!! This weekend my Uncle Joe, his son Stevie and his stepson, D.J.,all came to our house. We had a fun time. We all went to the park and hiked in the woods. That was fun.

HAPPY 6TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY today to my mom and dad. Mom doesn't know it yet, but dad, Connor, and I all went out and got her a few items for her. She is very special to my daddy. I love you both.
October 10th, A lot has happened since the last time there was something written in here. For starters, the United States started some air attacks on Afghanistan. Dad says it was about time. An unfortunate thing to have to do, but it needed to be done. In New York, they never did find any survivors from the World Trade Centers. Most recently they did lower the amount of the lost and assumed dead, but still, sure is a lot of people. There are still many threats to the U.S. regarding terrorists. It is getting scarey. Car bomb found in Maryland, anthrax in another state with at least 2 known people connected with it somehow. The first one who was diagnosed with it died a day later. It is really aweful what the world has become. On a better note, I am still as aweful to my parents and brother as ever. I take his toys from him and I like to pick on him. I drive mom mad and dad says he doesn't know why he even comes home anymore. I also have been just going to bed in the living room at nite when I finally get tired. I get scared easily these days sleeping in my own room. So....Dad actually says, whatever will keep me quiet. Hahaha, dad.
September 22nd, the United States are on the verge of a war. Dad says he is not sure how bad of one, but a war just the same. The authorities have put a new amount of the unaccounted for in NYC. 6,333 people believed to have perished. That is quite more than those lives lost in the Pearl Harbor attack in '41. I have been a terror myself in my household. I don't like to go to bed these days and I throw fits and carry on. I really am not sure why, just like to.
September 14th, yesterday was a day of national prayer all over the world for the lost victims and their familuies. Also to those who are trying to save them. Soon dad says, the United States will be getting the ones responsible. What a sad time.
September 11, 2001
Today the United States of America was terrorized by some mean men. They flew jet airplanes into the World Trade Centers in New York City and a part of the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. This was a very sad day for my family and everyone in the world. Let's pray the ones who perished in this tragedy and their family members, and let us pray for the United States.
September 8th, today, dad, Connor, and I all went to the park. We had a really fun time as usual. Connor is really a trooper. He loves to climb and doesn't seem to be scared of anything. Mom and dad got me a trycycle recently. That thing sure is fun. Finally, there is a bike I can actually ride!

Happy Labor Day!
August 31st, not much is going on these days. I am getting the hang of this potty training thing. Not ready for my set of underwear yet, but I am getting there. Mom bought some fabric that has dinosaurs on it. She is going to make me a pillow. How about that. Perhaps I will also get her to make me a set of sheets and such for my bed. I like dinosaurs. A few days ago we went out to dinner with my mom and dads friends, Dave and Denise. They are really nice people. Dave is quite the funny man. I like him. Denise is a lot like my mom.
August 18th, we went to the state fair last week and I really had a good time. I rode on 4 rides and one of them was the giant slide. I rode down that with my dad. I think he was more scared going down it than I was, hehehe. I also had a corndog and some soda. I saw many neat things including firetrucks and bulldozing equipment. I got my picture taking sitting in them both. I cannot wait till next year. Dad says he will be sure to get special rate tickets so I can ride unlimited rides. I am getting better at this potty training thing. I am not as good as I should be for pre-K school, so I won't be going this September. My speech is better and my occupational skils are better also. I got some new shoes the other day. They have dinosaurs on them. They are really neat.
August 10, 2001
Today we will be going to the state fair to have a fun, fun day. My cousin Jesse will be going as well. We cannot wait. There will be rides that we will get to go on and games for us to play, and of course, the food! Mom and dad are looking forward to that.
August 8th, well I no longer have a gate in my doorway at nite. Yup, mom and dad said that another little boy needed the gate, so the gate left. It is different not having the gate, but I was climbing over it every morning and mom and dad didn't want me to fall. We will be going to the state fair soon. That will be fun. Food, rides, and things to see and do. I cannot wait.
July 29th, well I know it has been a few weeks, but here I finally am. I have been quite busy(well dad has anyway). I learned a new trick that I tried the other day. Get this. I pull up my rocking chair up to the gate that is in my door of my bedroom and I climb over the gate. Yea, I did that the other morning. I did not make dad too happy by doing so either. He mentioned that 4am is too early too get up and watch cartoons. Well, after the 3rd time of getting out, I decided he might be right, so-I went back to bed. I am planning to start pre k school in September, but I still need to get this potty training bit done. Connor, by little bro, went to the doc the other week and he had some booster shots and a check up. He is around 29 inches tall and weighs almost 20 lbs. It won't be too long till he gets to the same size as me. Won't that be something? I have been practicing by batting skills. Learning new things. My friend Bryor who is the same age as me can really crack the ball really well. He is planning on playing baseball next year. I hope to try that too. I have been enjoying the park and being outside with dad. We also like to go for bike rides. I sit in the 3 wheel carrier thingy that dad attatches to his bike. Now that is fun. We usually bike to the nearby park and if there is something going on in the park we usually stop and investigate. Yesterday we watched some fast pitch softball. That was neat.
July 8th, the 4th has come and gone now. Last week was a week of a bunch of fireworks watching. I really enjoyed it. Today is really hot, although not as hot as yesterday dad thinks. Our c/a is on the fritz so we have to spend the day without coolness. Lots of fans and spending time int he basement. The mall is nice too.
July 4th, 2000
Happy 4th of July everyone! Today should be a fun and happy celebration of the United States. We do plan on having a good day at our house.
July 1st, yesterday we went to the state capitol with some friends of my mom and dads to watch the fireworks show. It was really a lot of fun. There was a lot of ice cream and cookies that were given out as part of the festivities. They also had real popcorn that was still on the cob and it can also go into the microwave. How about that? For July 4th, mom and dad are going to have a cookout and have some guests over. It should be a really fun day.
June 20th, dad finally put some new pics on my family page. They are from March-May.
June 18th, dad sure did enjoy his day. Scott and I got him a set of grilling untensils. He likes to do a lot of grilling on the weekends so, this way he can grill with the best utensils. Mom got him some boxer shorts, a summer robe, and a t-shirt. We went to my aunts house and had a cookout. It was a very long day. We all had a really good time.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!
To my dad on his special day. My dad is always there to show me stuff and always encourages me to do my very best and not to say "I can't". I love you dad. ~Scott
June 14th, we have had a lot of fun stuff lately that dad and I went to. We went to see the fireworks at the Carillon at our park. That was a really fun time. Then we went to a horseshow where I got to see up close a couple of horses. Dad happens to work with one of the people that were showing there horses. They actually got 1st and 2nd places in the part of the show that we saw. Then we left to go see the horses before going home and I got to pet them. I had the offer to sit on top of one, but I was a little scared, so I did not do it. Connor was put on top of one of them, but he did not like it at all.
June 1st, summer is here and boy have we had the rain. It is chilly and rainy. Dad says some summer this is, but it does beat having the snow he says. Connor, dad, and I went on a bike ride on Memorial Day. Boy was it fun. We sit in a little carriage that is attached to his bike and we can go really fast. It was actually a beautiful day considering how many cold and rainy days we have had since then. I am finishing up my last few days of occupational therapy and speech therapy. In August I will be starting at the pre-school. How exciting, eh?

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY
Happy Memorial Day to everyone.
May 26th, mom and granny will be picking up grannies kitten today. She is at the vet and had to be declawed so grandma could have her in her apartment. We don't have nay plans for Memorial Day. Dad is on call all day and he is on call sometimes this weekend. We will probably go to the park if it is nice enough. It is suppose to rain and be chilly all weekend. YUK!!
May 20th, well guess what we have at the house?? a KITTEN!!! Hahaha, well it isn't ours, but hey, it is for the time being. It actually is my grandmas kitten. Her name is Dorothea. That, however, is the name that the shelter gave her. She is about 4 weeks old and is really cute. Silver striped tabby. Grandma can have her in her apartment after she gets declawed. She will be getting declawed this coming week. Our animals are getting along with her fine, especially Simba. Dad says the animals won't know what to do when Dorothea isn't here any more. Dad and I played some baseball in the yard today. I hit his very first pitch too! It is really starting to be nice outside. I am really gonna enjoy this summer!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY
I wish for my mommy the bestest mother's day ever. She is the greatest mommy and Connor and I love her.
May 12th, 2001
Today we all went to the Air Rendezvous Air Show. It was really fun. I saw many planes and jets. I really like the jets. Especially the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. They were the best. I also got to sit in a army helicopter. I went into a few cargo planes and ate some fair food. It was such fun. Tomorrow will be a special day for mom. Mothers day.
May 6th, I am really into this potty chair thing. I kinda know when I need to go to the bathroom. I get pretty excited when I can poop a big one. I haven't tried wearing underwear again. I am not quite ready for those yet.
April 28th, well guess what? I started wearing underwear today!! Yippee Skippee!! I am a pretty big boy ya know and I have started to go potty on my own. I also like to be naked. Oh yea, I and Connor get naked. Daddy says this really isn't that great because the neighbors will think we all are exhibitionists. Whatever that means. Granny is doing better. She is stronger than she has been. I hope she gets really healthy and strong.
April 21st, 2001
Here is a very HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY to my baby brother, Connor Matthew!! Happy birthday bro. Welcome to another age where you can become even more mischevious. I will teach you more things in days to come now that you are not a baby any more. Here are some tips: 1. be sure to get into anything and everything. This I find is a good weight loss program for dad. You know him and this allows him to work on his leg muscles. Hahaha, getting up and down, up and down, after you. 2. You know that re-arranging thing you do with the can goods. Try actually putting them UNDER the lazy susan. This is quite entertaining seeing dad on his belly trying to reach under it and getting the canned meat. 3. Oh yea, here is a good one. Try putting as many items behind the couch as you can. Especially your favorite dog, Scruffy. This way you won't have to take a nap because mom and dad knows you NEED Scruffy to take a nap. Well bro, that is a good start. Now, can I play with that new guitar I saw mom and dad buy for you?

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!
I saw that the Easter Bunny came to our house last nite. He sure did. I knew it because I saw the footprints. He left eggs that had candy in them and he left a basket that had some more candy and a toy firetruck and toy police car. I realy enjoy them. We saw grandma today. She is doing better. I had a pretty fun day.Oh yea, happy birthday dad!!
April 14th, GRANDMAS HOME!!!!! YAY!!!!! yup, she came home today and she is on her way to recovery. A great gift for my birthday would be to know that she would not be on kidney dialysis any longer. Easter is tomorrow. I cannot wait for that. We have a fun day planned.
April 11th, we have great news here in this household. Grandma is getting better and she might get to come home by the weekend. She is getting healthier and stronger. She still may be on dialysis, but that might not be permanent. It actually might take up to 6 months for the kidneys to get back to normal. She is in a different room now and I and Connor are able to go visit her. She enjoys seeing us. As I also enjoy seeing her.
April 7th, granny is still in the hospital. Mom and dad say that the doctors do not know why she is in such bad shape. She is in acute kidney failure, has a quinton catheter in for dialysis, thyroid levels are high so she is treated for that, she is on the vent, still has congested lungs, white count still up, runs no temp, and they found out she is negative for histoplasmosis. GOOD THING TOO BILL!! I miss her, I want to see her. Dad says that once she gets into a different room then I can go see her too. I will like that. We go to her aprtment to feed Bill, her senegal parrot and help take care of her aprtment. I will surely be glad when she is back home. I started my occupational therapy on Friday. It was fun and the therapist was really nice. I was a terror though my mom says.
April 1st, today I actually got on my dad bike and started riding it..APRIL FOOL'S!
March 30th, we have some bad news here at the house. Grandma is in the hospital. Dad and mom took her to the emergency room where daddy works and they said she needed to stay at the hospital for tests and for her to get better. They are not sure what is wrong with her yet. Dad said she was dehydrated and had a very high temperature. I sure hope she gets better. I love my grandma.
March 25th, I stayed at my aunts house Friday night and got to go back home late in the evening on Saturday. I enjoyed myself. Dad and mom helped move my grandma to Springfield. She is pretty excited about her new apartment complex. It is a retirement home and it has many nice features. I got to see grandpa again also. We all went out to dinner last night. I like the fact that I will be seeing more of grandma. Daddy and mom are both sick, They told me that they have strep throat and that I cannot drink or eat after them. Boy, they seem pretty sick. I hope I don't get it. I think mom is going to call the doctor for Connor and I and we might get seen too, just to make sure we are not sick.
March 21st, today grandpa came over and stayed with Connor and I while mommy and daddy went to a court case. It was fun having him here. Then, after the court case we went to Mavericks for lunch. When we got home it was time for a nap. It was such a beautiful day that we went to the park after Connor got up from his nap. Just 3 more days till granny moves to Springfield. Connor and I will be staying at our aunt's house until Saturday sometime. It will be fun having her around.
March 17th, 2001
Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone!!!!
March 3rd, wow, it has been a long time since dad has updated this page, eh?? Mom gave me a haircut the other day and it actually looks good. I like it and so does dad. Little boy's haircut he says. He said he should get himself one too. My grandma is going to move to Springfield. Yep. Gonna move later in March. This will be neat having grandma around anytime I want to see her. Mom is hoping she will watch Connor and me. This way she can work a few days each week. Dad says this will be good. It will be good for her to get away from the kids once in a while, he says.
February 17th, Mom had a good Valentine's Day. Dad and I made her a card from Connor and I. We put our hand prints in it. Between dad, Connor, and I mom got some chocolates and 2 stuffed Boyd Bears. Speaking of chocolates, Fannie Mae chocolates are really good. Dad said they should be after the price he paid and that I ate half the box! Sorry mom.I had my last NICU checkup the other day and they suggested that I get more OT and speech therapy. So, they were going to check me in for appointments weekly for OT and speek to my school about giving me more time for speech therapy. This will be a good thing.
February 11th, Dad and I got sick Friday nite. He is not sure if it was just onset of flu or actually some turkey that he ate and that I had taken a bite of. We both were puking and just feeling miserable. Saturday, I felt much better, but dad had some aching muscles and he was just sluggish. Connor is doing ok. Mom got sick herself Saturday and she and dad might have gotten a 3 day flu. I will be glad when they both are back to feeling normal.
February 8th, dad put some new pics on my pics page. You must go see.
February 4th, dad says that I am now in the terrible two's. I am not sure why? Could it be because I throw all my toys out of their boxes? Because I dump out all of my books and don't ever put them back? Because I like to dump out toys over Connor's head? Because I walk up and knock my brother down? Because I get into the kitchen and dump out the Connor's formula? The list goes on and on. I have spent many time-outs in my room and Dad says he doesn't see an end to that in the near future. I enjoy my school. I will be going again tomorrow. Grandma says she wants to move down here to be closer to us. That should be fun having her here all the time. I will get to see her a lot more. I will like that.
January 23rd, I got to start my 1st day at school yesterday. There I play and get some therapy on my speech. I like it. I will also be having homework. Oh boy, dad says I will have homework for the next 16 yrs.
January 20th, today we will swear in a new US president. Daddy says he sure hopes this guy, Bush Jr., is not a liar like the other one. He said it was a sad day when in his last day as chief, that Clinton guy told everyone he was a liar regarding his cheating his wife while in office. Isn't it a shame for a person in such a high office to cheat and lie to the USA people?? On a better note, I went to the doctor this past week. I weigh 27 lbs and some odd ounces. I am about 35 inches tall. I will also be starting my school where I will go for 1.5 hrs/1 day a week. I will get to work on my speech there.
January 10th, this potty training is not going so well. Some days are better than others but generally I am not much into it. Connor and I will be going to our aunt's house this weekend. Mom and dad says they want to go out. We will actually stay the night. This will be the 1st time for both of us to be sleeping over without mom and dad. I think it will be fun.
