The Mission

The purpose of this list is to provide an avenue for constructive discussion on strength training. This list was created in response to a need for informative discussion group without the flames and/or bias that other newsgroups/mailing lists have.

This list is MODERATED by Robert Spector.

Although the title of this list contains "HIT" the discussion topics may include anything related to strength training. The rules of the list are very simple: you may discuss whatever you like as long as it is relevant.

This is a moderated digest. The moderator WILL take an active role to insure that the rules are adhered to. No flames will be allowed.

ALL opinions are welcome. You don't have to be an "HITer" to subscribe to this list or discuss a topic. Whether the moderator personally agrees or disagrees with your point of view is irrelevant.
