my son, my dreamer... March 1, 1992
You may wonder about the banner at the top of the page ~ what on earth does that mean... and what does it have to do with Robert's Room? I created the banner for him, but he's the one who designed it. I think this may be the name of a video game ~ I'm really not sure! But this is his page, so I've placed all the things he likes.
He is my fantasy child who absolutely amazes me, thinking castles in the air are not only possible but practical.
I love to listen to his fables of knights and beasts, swords and magic potions, and his memories of heaven and being with God. He has rekindled my love for the great spiritual unknown. He is my comfort and assurance that each of us are perfect expressions of God's love to one another.
For RobDog, to live is to climb.... and run, jump, spin, flip, twist, flop, drop, roll, burp, and spit. Spitting is just a natural reflex for the male gender. I truly believe it comes automatically and they do it without even being aware. Of all the many things my son loves to play and pretend to be, he came fully-equipped just knowing certain things about being a male... and the most important is knowing that all any man really needs to survive is a big stick.
