The first step


 So , you have made the decision to make a change in your life . "That's great"! You have just taken the first step to reaching your fitness goals. Whatever that may be . Maybe you just wanted to lose 10 lbs. , or as much as 100 . Maybe you want to build muscle and lose body fat. You may want to enter a Bodybuilding or Fitness competition? Whatever your goal may be , you are now on your way . O.k. lets get started .
